Jens is a co-founder and managing partner of RealBits, with a relevant real estate business experience of more than 2 decades.
Before founding RealBits, he worked as a Senior Director at CBRE. During his time in advisory, he spent 10 years in the valuation department and was responsible, amongst other things, for the annual valuations of listed companies. Thereafter he worked in the capital markets sector and advised institutional investors and private equity companies on the acquisition of large-volume commercial portfolios and complex individual transactions. In both departments he was responsible for financial modeling and developed valuation and cash flow tools for the company.
Since his studies Jens has been working as an entrepreneur and gained experience in various fields. He is the owner of a health training company and partner in innovative start-ups.
Jens studied economic sciences at the university of Dortmund and has a business administration degree (Diplom-Kaufmann). He also has a degree as real estate economist from the European Business School (Immobilienökonom | ebs) and is a professional RICS member.
Ismail is a co-founder and managing partner of RealBits, bringing nearly 20 years of combined experience in the real estate and IT industry.
Before founding RealBits, Ismail launched his own consulting company, where he successfully led digital transformation initiatives and developed innovative solutions for the real estate sector. He spearheaded projects ranging from intelligent property valuations to ESG data strategies, effectively bridging the gap between traditional real estate practices and cutting-edge technology.
Earlier in his career, Ismail held leadership roles at prominent consulting firms such as KPMG, CBRE, and JLL. Throughout his tenure, he managed large-scale valuation projects and drove transformative digital initiatives, including the development of automated property evaluation tools and the optimization of reporting systems.
Ismail holds a MBA degree in International Real Estate Management from Hochschule Biberach and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt. He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
